The Golden Balls player of the month award for the month of January 2005 goes to second XI goalkeeper Tristan Stephens. After a disappointing reverse against Solihull Gas, Freddie hit top form to play a massive part in three victories. First he made saves to win the second XI's game against Welwyn. Then he helped the seconds progress in the Junior Cup by keeping a clean sheet. In the final weekend of the month he starred for the third XI as he kept a clean sheet against FCS Lasermail. Keep it up Freddie.
The winner of the Kermit's Muppet of the Month award for the month of January 2005 is third XI goalkeeper Darren Sangha. During the third XI game against Shirley Athletic Sangha went down with a suspected broken leg and insisted that an ambulance was called. When the paramedics arrived they informed him that it was no more than a bruise and a scratch. Totally embarrassed by this situation Sangha has been on the injured list ever since, but it's mainly his pride that has been injured. Get well soon Darren.

The Jack Attack manager of the month award for the month of January 2005 goes to Paul Tudor who enjoyed a 100% success rate. The first XI assistant manager made the step up to lead the second XI to make a progression to the semi final of the Junior Cup with an extra time win over Walsall Phoenix. Then the following week he was in sole charge of the first XI as they edged past CPA Smethwick despite only having ten players for eighty-five minutes of the game. Well done Tue but stick to assisting!
